The George Foundation was established in early 2021 to honor and further the work that Ray and Julia George began in 1990 when they founded Normative Services (NSI) in Sheridan Wyoming.

The George’s mission was to provide a safe environment for young people who were experiencing trauma and abuse in their lives and by doing so empower them to make permanent positive changes for their futures.  With Ray and Julia’s vision in mind, the George Foundation was established to provide financial support through yearly grants to non-profit organizations whose work benefits and enriches the lives of youth in Sheridan County and its surrounding areas.
